The Northwest Wall & Ceiling Contractors Association has been an integral part of the wall and ceiling industry in western Washington since 1984. The NWCCA is an association of individual contractors who work predominantly in the commercial segment of the construction industry.
Our members provide high-quality installation of products such as light gauge and structural metal framing, drywall, lath and plaster, exterior insulation and finish systems, fireproofing, acoustical ceilings, access floors and a multitude of specialty products and services.

The NWCCA mission is to provide exceptional member services, harmonious labor relations through unified employer representation, and the advancement of industry standards to empower and strengthen signatory wall and ceiling contractors’ businesses.

Rick Miller joined the Association as the Executive Director in December of 2019. He has experience leading membership-based organizations as well as in the construction industry.
Some of our members may have met Rick in his previous role at Emerald City Statewide Fence Rentals. Prior to that, he was the Executive Officer of the Master Builders Association of Pierce County and the Chief Operating Officer of the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties. As an executive, Rick successfully grew business, increased membership, and created new and diverse revenue streams that contributed to profitability and organizational stability
Rick holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Montana. He is also a Certified Management Accountant. Rick currently lives in Redmond with his wife and their two of their three children.

Jason joined the Northwest Wall & Ceiling Contractors Association as Carpenter Training Program (CTP) Manager in November of 2018. His primary focus is to assist NWCCA member contractors with the CTP process. He will work to promote and manage the timely usage of available funds, assure training provider qualifications, maintain the consistency of training, and provide innovative training opportunities for the members.
“Jason brings an amazing work ethic to the team and a great willingness to evolve the program to higher levels of success,” said Ray M. Baca, Executive Director of the NWCCA.
Jason’s background includes business-to-business sales and independent sports-training group instruction. A graduate of the University of Washington, Jason holds a BA degree in Business Administration.
“I am so thankful for the opportunity to work for the NWCCA,” said Jason. “As the Carpenter Training Program Manager, I look forward to working with our members and meeting the challenge of making the CTP the gold-standard for the education of our carpenter workforce,” he added.
